1ª e 2ª Edição

First and second edition of a batch of five harvests at Casa da Passarella, exclusively from the Encruzado grape variety, from the years 2010 to 2015 and 2015 to 2019. Each year, an Encruzado barrel is left, resulting, at the end of five years, in a new edition of this blend of the emblematic Dão grape variety. Once again, the results were rewarding, with a surprising absence of excessive wood aromas and a remarkable freshness and elegance, demonstrating that “the set can be better than the individuality”.
