The Vineyards

The seven vineyards of Passarella were born from an unusual but ancient combination of factors. On the one hand, the irreverence of humans. On the other, the slow laws of nature and passage of time - the "magnificent seven" could very well be the "seven survivors", as pure fruits of natural selection.

For more than a century, the use and disuse, new plantations and abandonment, the experiences and daydreams of great winemakers, tempered by patient popular wisdom, have brought us here. To this imperfect puzzle of different sun exposures, plots and grape varieties that completes itself in just 60 hectares.

Simply put, our seven vineyards - which could be many more - are the ones that humans wanted and Nature authorized. They are, therefore, the best that this land could offer.
